Eating off of comr4de's idea:

Vulcan should be like the Heavy Weapons guy; normal running speed while not firing, maybe the walking (Alt button, I believe) speed while firing? Also, it should be plantable as a turret.

The Recon could have a customizing Gui? ;) That would be badass. Maybe, it has a bunch of different models (All of the different part combinations), but only the recon in it's pistol form, with nothing attached, and when you go to the gui, you change the parts. Depending on your outcome in the Gui, it will change the model accordingly. Badassness.
