Askin about the ADM Core fixer.

I saw the fixer on the download tab on blockland.us. So I started having these problems, I am ALWAYS lagging on a server. Even mine. Single layer, LAN and intenret. It's running slow, not fast. Could the core fix help with my problem? Or do I need this. Anyway, trying.
