Hacker or Wizzard

I was Building on Major Ocelot's Server and we opened it to be public, when a guy named smurf something with a 12K Id came in, I changed the
password to about 20-40 random letters. Then, out of nowhere he guesses
the admin password, we De-Admin him change the password,
(Again random letters) and he guesses it AGAIN. Then, he clears bricks, and
Major Ocelot managed to perma him.
Something like this happened in AGlassOfMilk's Server, Just forgot about it.

Decide if its a Hacker or Wizzard.
(I know it might be impossible to Hack, But Explain.)

Impossible to hack.

Ocelot obviously faked him guessing the password through the console.
