Before you do this, make sure the folder you want "fixed" is selected:

Hello Fello Blockheads. I have a sulotion for the mac crap that's been pushing mac users around like the fun ball weapon :(, I bring you How To Solve The Messing Up Of Packaging On Mac Tutorial:
1. Make sure your on finder, and go to the top bar^^^^^^^

2. Click on finder on the ^^^^^^ Menu bar^^^^^^^^^^^^

3. Go To services

4. there will be a menu that goes >>>>

5. If it has something like: No Services to Apply - System Perfence's

6. If it has a list like: |Folder Actions Setup...

7. CLICK THE FOLDER ACTIONS OR DIE A SLOW AND PAIN FULL DEATH

8. a small box should come up (btw. if you get the no services, a folder on your desktop has to be selected :) ) click cancel 9.Then there should be a 2 colums.

10. The right one should have something in it :( click it so its highlighted blue and white text and go down the the left corner, and click [-]

11. then all colums should be empty :3

12. Click [+]

13. It should take you to Documents

14. Since i decided that Documents SUCKS (no you just have to do it) go the the left an there should be a menu of all your folders :(, click macintosh HD

15. dont click anything but on the bottum there should be a button that says open, click it

16. Then you have to choose a Script to Attach. Were better so we deisded:

17. WITH OUT CLICKING ANY SCRIPTS click attach

18. make sure machintoch HD is enabled (click check)

19. but at the top above the left colum, there should be a thing saying: |-| Enable Folder Actions

20. Make sure that this is NOT CHECKED off.
Have a good life because the folder you selected (that should be empty) will be fixed

The difference between PC and Mac is that mac is more user friendly and makes it easier to do things. In other words, theres more protection from you deleting key files unlike PC. It doesn't usually let you into data folders, thats the whole reason this tutorial was made.
