In other words, if you aren't willing to do some research to figure this out yourself, it's not going to work out for you.

Like Regulith said, you have to be dedicated to make good add-ons. If people knew how to make add-ons really easy and fast, the add-on section would be spammed with useless add-ons that nobody wants.
