Cookies don't make changes. The browsers make changes by creating the cookies.
Judging by your lack of knowledge on the subject, may I suggest taking down the clan as you are obviously not fit to run it?

Exuse me sir. But I know how to tear down very dangerous and download Firewalls and modify them for top praformance. I also know how to de-frag un-zip .7Z formats and able to Link and de-link my internet connection loving easy with a laptop. And know how to disable a Trojan horse, Thankyou very much!
