Minigames not working?

How come all of a sudden when i make a mini game players cant get killed even though self damage is on? I used to make minigames all the time and never had this problem but all of a sudden its happening. Anyone know why?

enable or disable friendly fire on zombies mod.

But zombies are turned off. And its not friendly fire its the other team
