Why is my player black?

My player is solid black and I can't change him back. Why?

I have this problem too. I fix it by - Going into avatar options, hitting randomise, then pressing ok, going back in and changing it to what you want. Anyone know how to permanently fix this?

We need to first know what caused it.

Nothing. Its been like that ever since i installed blockland v13
