Event to make bricks move?

Im looking for an add on or event so that when I press a button it will move a baseplate a certain direction. I've tried onactivate>namedbrick>setitemposition>north but it doesnt work.

an item is not a brick, and you can't move bricks, we gave up moving bricks for less lag, so we can exceed 10k bricks, rather than be stuck with arround 5k and lagging like hell

Yep. Also with the current system, moving bricks will never be possible so don't ask for somebody to make it.

First, who is we?
And second, moving bricks wouldn't lag it would be a little glitchy and pointless.

moving bricks would lag, pretend it's a vehicle each or something
