Additions to the TDM Mod

This topic got me thinking of another similar request. What if there was a TDM mode where if you killed someone, that person respawns on your team?

I like this. It's like Iban's zombies where if you kill a human when you're a zombie they become a zombie on your team until and the game continues until everyone is a zombie or the rescue arrives.

I set that up once using events.
Team 3's spawn was on a kill brick.
