something is blocking the door

i dont understand why sometimes i cant open a door it says something is blocking the door but the room has nothing inside it

Is there anything within a 4 brick radius of the door? This includes tiles (like on the floor).

If the door opens this way -->
The | represents the door.
The - represents a stud where you can put bricks.
The o represents a stud where you cannot put a brick.

a vehicle? sometimes a vehicle near it will stop it, so open it the other way

That's irrelevant, either way you can't have anything within a 4 stud area around where the door opens.
