IRC Ban for NO REASON

After downloading v 3.2, I went on irc. Found BANNED for no reason. If anyone can figure out how to fix this. please help. Either someone hacked my irc OR it was a perma ban.

You cannot fix it.
All IRC bans are temporary. Ephi is limited to 100 bans. Don't consider yourself enough to hold one of those for life.
