Exactly the reason why the MOD reviewers are good enough. You can't even write well enough to make me understand a word you just said.

The whole point of the holding tank is so the mod isn't public.
If everyone could just download anything from the holding tank, then they would have a mod that could break the game before it gets sent into the failbin.

and people can post crappy viruses into add-ons and post em and when peopel downlaod them, BAM!
