I don't think he was subnet banned. No offense to the guy but he isn't very computer iterate. He also told me he has a static IP so switching his router on and off or resetting it won't make a difference. All he has to do is ring up his ISP and he can have it changed. But these phonelines usually cost 'stupid' per minute.
