I don't believe he can resist the temptation forever, although he was banned I'm sure he'll find a way around it and return eventually. It's just a matter of time, perhaps I'm wrong but we'll let time decide.

To get a new subnet, you need to move and go to somewhere else, I don't think Porto will move too get a new subnet to play a game.
