scribbly ninjas is LBP with weapons and blood basically
you can use various weapons like shotguns and bows
its physics based and it has ragdoll physics also

and i think when an enemy dies it plays the scout death sound

That looks nothing like LBP. The only similarities I see is it's 2D viewpoint and grabbing stuff.
