Help with face!

i need some help with my face i made its called commando i have the thumbs and the picture but its not working can anyone like do it for me or help me? please it may not look good but i like it and we all have to begin somewhere right?

yeah just like that but do i have to add the png?.. maybe this might be the problem i made it from paint..

Well first off you're not going to want to use Paint because you can't do transparency, use Paint.net or GIMP
The one you uploaded is a PNG, so unless it got converted somehow it should be fine
