RTB Server not working

Well, when I create a server the "Server Options" tab doesn't appear, but I do hace RTB add-on, have I accidently toggled something?

A - If server is dedi, you have to do what it says to do with rtb

B - Server Controls/Options are in the admin menu...keybind it to control I or something
