1. you need the simplewell hat mod.
2. you walk around and will randomly unlock it, as with all others.
3. if all the unlocked hats dissapear after you DL a new hat, don't worry, it's normal. all the unlocked ones will come back (+ the one you unlocked) after you unlock another hat.
