Is hexidecimal up there? Thats a computer language right? I really don't know much about the different languages of computers.

Hexadecimal is a numeric system. In our decimal system numbers go from 0-9 and then it adds a digit. Hexadecimal goes from 0-F (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F) and then adds a digit. That means that you can represent higher numbers in fewer symbols.
