If scaled correctly a BL Rail Driver should be able to shoot several miles away.

I believe there's a difference between a Rail Driver and a Railgun.

Rail Driver = Technical term for Railgun since Railguns don't eject shells, their projectiles aren't considered bullets, and they are propelled by magnets.
