Bot AI appearance thing.

I saw someone that quickly made a bot that looked like themselves and I asked them how they did it and they said something about AI? Is this an add-on or an event I'm not seeing. If anyone could tell me thanks.

Ok nvm i found it but the download link was broken. But it wasn't that he did it was some weird AI thing.
