New Event! SetSpawnArea

I wanted to make a very simple DM, but ended up having too many spawn points. I had a lot to prevent spawn killing. Can somebody make an event that will take a brick (I.E. The event would be on a 64x plate) and make it a spawn brick, but anywhere on said brick? Thanks.

This would be useful. Maybe it could also be used on bots for zombies or vehicles for random vehicle spawning?
