Avatar Transperency?

Yes, I wish I could stop seeing so many FSJAL avatars.
Though just do what Poiuyt said.

Bumping this topic... I got paint.net and I used the wand deleted the backround and now it's black as you can plainly see.

I have the same problem, I made a FSJAL avatar, using the template I basically drew myself in a christmas hat.
I made it in GIMP and transferred it to paint.net, made it a transparent png and uploaded it, it turned out black.
