I Can't see the guns in games.

You need to enable "Download Shapes" in the Network tab of the Options window.

This also if you want the sounds for the guns aswell check the "Download Sounds". Do remember that the more items you try to download the longer it will take to load on other servers.

So if you have a small download allowance be aware...
