SUPER ADMIN ONLY NUKE!!!

i had a vision of noobs abusing nukes
but i was think of making a super admin only handheld one that could only be tossed by a super admin
not a big explosion i was thinking a 25x25 explosion radius and making it as tall as a 16x16 cube
if anyone could make this that person/persons would be gods in my opinion

Also 25x25x16 is not a nuke, that would be a regular bomb.
