Unfortunately I cannot read that at all. Could you possibly get a better image?

use the more options link under the upload button and change basic dimensions to 1 megabyte file size, then it shouldnt resize your pictures

don't use ifVariable, that only checks on variables you or someone else has set in that game session, you want to use ifValue to check the game values, like player health and BLID.
