Everyone should have RTB, I really don't see a reason why NOT to have it.

It's nothing great at all? Just adds an in-game add-on downloader, IRC chat and other things I don't need/won't use like checking the server, who plays on it and who doesn't, that takes as long as joining the server, pressing F2 and leaving after checking.
