Player-Vehicles Keep Respawning Instantly?

Pretty much what the title says. In the minigame GUI, no matter what I do, player-vehicles instantly respawn. For instance, I set the respawn time for 10, it acts as if it was set to 0 by respawning as soon as it killed. This didn't happen to me in the earlier versions of Blockland, help?

Maybe You Should Get Another Version Of Blockland.. A New One, Your Version I Think Messed Up On Downloading.
