Touch events are "dormant" (im kinda disturbed)

I started a game and worked on a new project. I exceedingly used the player touch events. I save it, and the next day I load it. NONE OF THE TOUCH EVENTS I USED WORK! Also I cant use the loaded bricks to make NEW touch events but I can use the loaded bricks to make other events. The events are there and checked, but "dormant". I built new bricks on the same build and added touch events. THEY WORK! I tried other maps, the same thing happened. I have not tried other saves, so if need be I will. Lastly, if you are wondering, I have not downloaded any addons for a month or three.
As you can see I am greatly perplexed for a good reason. My build will sleep until this is resolved.
PS. I'm sorry, mediafire hates me. If a console.log is needed, ill beat my brains over a way to get it up, but for now, why bother.

Did you save brick events? You may have just accidentally unchecked the "Save Wrench Events" before you saved.
