For saying LOLROFL, he got banned from IRC, and that was his only means of keeping track of his friends.

This would be good...or, you could just keep a text file in your blockland directory OR only give trust to friends so whoever has trust is a friend (delete non-friends)
But yeah, a proper friend's list or GUI would be awesome
