How could this happen?!

Clockworks:

Well, as many of you know, the creeper mod does get glitched in servers. By that, I mean it doesn't kill anyone. I did some testing and when I disable most of my addons it DOES kill. I fear the bad-on is the same one that has been causing vehicles to not die by bullets or any other projectile. So, if anyone can help, I am in search for this bad-on so that I may help anyone else with this problem, and I know others have it, because they have posted here. The only difference I hope to bring is that I, or someone else, solves the problem.
