Ok, well I tried the spawns and it does not work, I tried making zombie spawns with no set vehicles. BTW I am not running Rot's Zombies at same time.

Well thats the whole game if you die you turn into a zombie try to eat your freinds

If you are running any other outside bot mod, ANY AT ALL, it will bug.

I am not but when I turn into a zombie I start spawning in the air.

Try setting a zombie type on one of the spawns.
