Where Do I Put Downloaded Saves?

You mean builds?
In your saves folder in your blockland folder. In the saves folder, you have folders for diffrent maps that you have on Blockland. For example, if you downloaded a save for the bedroom, you need to save it there.

Thanks. It's for the Valhalla Map and there is no folder there. Do I make one with the map name?

Go to the map, place a brick, save, you have a folder for it now.
