Decent. Definitely a lot better than the previous version. At least you fixed the excess open space problem.

I wonder how the actually playability is?

Its as balanced as I could get.
No class has rockets or spammy explosives.
Each class does there job no more no less.
If only I could host. >_<

Should I list the mods the build needs?
