Inability to Launch Server

I attempt to launch my server and find when I attempt this it freezes while trying to launch it it freezes at loading datablocks. Also after viewing console log I notice that it did not make it as far as I was.
Any help would be apperciated and yes I've port forwarded and it has been working for over a year now this problem is more recent around December it started.

Did you add any new add-ons before the crash? If so, try to disable them and start a server.

You have too many add-ons, disable some and try again.

I've never had a crash problem really and no new add ons have made a problem.

I have a feeling that's not it I have less than 10 weapons enabled 0 vehicles and a few odd scrips(Life 5-10). Also launching with defaults only did nothing and launching with nothing did well nothing.
