I can't even access my router config page O.o

This has happened to me. What I do is either find a reset button on my router and press it, or I just unplug it for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, let it boot up, then try to go on the page again.

Well that let me get into the belkin router page.
But I still need help getting into the vonage modem page.
