V14 issue for me

Ok when the new verson came out i have had full quality on best for all of them and when i play a little bit on my server the quality will turn off but still says that i have my quality on best. Does anyone know whats wrong? (summary: I have water A on a brick then randomly i cant see it anymore and when i paint i cant see the paint foam comming out and other stuff.)

Full quality in the options menu

There have been some bugs with V14 were you cannot see Emitters either be patient and wait or re-install Blockland
