Role Play Pickpockets

I have an idea that in RPs there could be a job as a pickpocket where you steal money from clicking another player's back.

how about you crawl up behind someone with a special tool and pickpocket them and then there is a progress bar.
and then when you take it a message appears on the pickpocketee's screen saying he got robbed.
and if the police interfere or the pickpocket dies he gets his money back

Ok the pickpocket tool could be called pocketpicker XD
