I use Iban's CityRPG. I've yet to start modding it though.

RP Core was really good but I wasn't going to loving wait for real estate.

Well I'm loving gonna loving wait because the loving person that loving makes it can loving make it loving properly.
On-topic, it was failed Iban's is annoying, McTwist's isn't great for CityRP's but it works well with some fine-tuning, with Real-Estate it will be perfect.

McTwist's is easy to modify. So is Iban's.

Ontopic: CityRP/CityRPG(not City RP nor City RPG!) was failed, and will be failed until someone make something good out of it. Only a handful of people have succeeded modifying it and have a good sophisticated server.

I do have Iban's new City RP mod and RP Core. Although I don't know how to modify both of them so I'm stuck with this crappy City RP that doesn't have an AddFunds or other jobs.
