how do you get onto a router

this ost is to old i have nothing like this it doesn,t say adress or the run button in the start menu i have windows vista i think or xp so that one is too old badspot can you plz make a new one

one or the other.. and why are you unable to type out please?
besides, isn't the general tasks the same?

its just to old to do this i have windows vista and it doesnt have therun button or the address and it cant get onto the router so help
