I actually made a script that can do something like this but it can only work for the host of a server.

no need for the addon, but what about standing there, set the delay really high for the chase cam, then do the movements? (ie, delay of 5-10 minutes)

Well, it will not be still for so long, so it makes you feel that you must hurry up and then it will just be messed up. I'm not a scripter, not at all, but isn't this a quite easy script for the Scripting Pros?
