Gun projectiles not coming

There are some guns that aren't shooting. Why not?

Be more specific. What gun? Is it an add-on? Where did you get it? Are they actually not shooting or is the emitter just missing?

A lot of guns. Not a specific gun. They were shooting before v14 came out.
