Go down and read the "TEX" section. It's mentioned there.

You should be able to figure out the rest from that. If not, I think you'll be able to get something useful out of it.

This defines the texture that the particular quad has.

TOP = Brick studs
BOTTOMLOOP = Brick underside texture
BOTTOMEDGE = Brick underside edge texture
SIDE = Brick side texture with shading on each edge
RAMP = Rough 'ramp' surface
PRINT = Print texture, when the brick is 'printed'. Extra fields in the datablock will probably need to be added to let the print brick function.

Press B to open the brick menu, and place a brick with the grid looking decal on the top.
Then use the printer tool to place a print on it.
