dude the skins are all slightly better then the pistol in a respective field
the silenced pistol is for really ranged combat
the classic is for "professionals"
the covert is... just covert, i guess
the modern is for combat somewhere between pistol and silenced pistol
the pistol is still the balanced kill-all be-all and is probably the best for zombie games too
