The Scoped Battle Rifle has got to be some skin of some sort. The LMG perhaps? Also, that thing in the background looks like a Military Rifle skin.

Balanced? the pistols do nearly any damage. and sniper rifles are not, 3 shots 1 kill.

No. The pistols are perfectly balanced. They are meant to be a SIDEARM not your primary weapon. They are quite useful at longer ranges because they raycast. They also fire quite fast.
