Whatever state it ends up as, people will end up using it for TF2 servers anyway so he may as well make it complete.

Still no clue what you mean. The turret just a Heavy Machine Gun with the triggers and ammo container hidden. No special images etc. I tried having it with two separate parts so the gun is independent of the base but that messes up scaling it. (only really necessary if I were to make a Mini-Sentry to go with it)

This is so true.

I tried to make something like this myself, but i only got halfway. 
Then i stopped working on it, though i guess i could fix some of the problems.
