Two bots.
One is the base
The other is an empty dts with a sentry gun image mounted to it. How did you make the empty dts a playertype/bot?

I know that. I mainly said that because we already have a TF2 Sentry.

Not really.
Now it is just a simple ai.
You cannot deploy it yet.

Still no clue what you mean. The turret just a Heavy Machine Gun with the triggers and ammo container hidden. No special images etc. I tried having it with two separate parts so the gun is independent of the base but that messes up scaling it. (only really necessary if I were to make a Mini-Sentry to go with it)
