Sport Rifle is useless most of the time since it deals only very slightly more damage than the Gun on non-headshots, loses both of those advantages to do less when you are moving and spreads whether or not you're moving.
Military Rifle, yes (with a long delay between scoping or reloading and being able to fire)
Sport Rifle, no, also increase non-scoped damage to at least 25-30 so it's equal to the Gun aside from reloading

I have a suggestion.
Are you thinking of making a Equipment teir? (Non-weaponry items that aid in battle.)

As for the "Equipment Tier", Bushido is making a pack of power-ups and some "construction"... things.
