so guys, i need an opinion on one of the mechanics for the new LMGs

in a homage to a gun that will not be named as of now, the classic LMG will fire high-damaging, relatively accurate rounds and have a big magazine size: but jam 2/3rds of the time.

in other words you will only ever be able to jam out 2/3rds of your magazine: the rest of the time you'll hear the dreaded 'click of death', which basically means it misfired and nothing actually came out

That sounds like it would be hilarious. One question though, if it misfires, can you simply click again to try firing again and it will fire, or will it stay jammed until you drop it and pick up a new one?

as long as you hold down the trigger it WILL try to fire: it's just not guaranteed to actually fire off a round

Well, stuff, if something like that would happen with the Military Sniper, I might dare to call it balanced, maybe even fair.

That's the thing. The sniper motto is "One shot, one kill"
not
"One misfire, five WHAT THE forget WAS THATs"

sounds really cool.  You should also try making a modern skin for the LMG an M6 or M249 or something.  And for the military sniper try an M95.

I guess this won't make to the god of the battlefield.

"Oh no! My massive tool of death has jammed!"

Unless ya fix it with reload, I can see it being a problem. Then again, the term 'covering fire' comes to mind, and it'd be useful for defense games in that regard.

Also, 2/3 of the time jammed? I dunno, that seems a bit much.

Well, i hate it when a have a weapon like the assault rifle and some noob has an LMG and they go behind a brick and fire like hell until i'm dead.

Jesus christ, Stop bumping thing (i know i am now, but it's already at the top of the list so why not give people this now...)

This isn't a dead topic, its just taking a long time for update.

You prolly won't even be able to empty your mag before dying(which would happen quickly) if it jams that much

Oh god not nerf again.

do it, sounds pretty good

be funny if the others guns had that too with a ridiculously small chance
